The Applied Ethics Institute at St. Petersburg College welcomed Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter and best-selling author Sharyl Attkisson. Attkisson was joined on stage by Ethics Professor Nicholas Manias, and the two discussed topics such as media ethics and media literacy.
William H. Hastie, Bass Reeves, President Barack Obama, and Thurgood Marshall are among those African American History Month heroes honored at a Tarpon Springs Campus display celebrating African American history in February.
