Pinellas County’s Fire Administration Special Operations Teams prepare for emergencies – getting training to handle and rescue people injured in chemical spills, tanker accidents and more – at St. Petersburg College’s Allstate Center and Fire Training Center.
St. Petersburg College’s Firefighting Academy Class 49 assisted the Red Cross, Oldsmar Fire Rescue Department and the International Association of Fire Fighters 2980 in providing and installing life-saving smoke detectors in the Gull Aire Village senior community.
