  • When was a time you felt truly empowered in the workplace and why?
  • What are some of the characteristics of a good leader?
  • How do gender roles influence dynamics in the workplace?
  • What advice do you have for women who want their ideas to be heard in the workplace?
  • What advice do you have for men who want to support their female counterparts?
  • How did you reach your level of success, given the sector’s gender gap, especially among leadership?
