Oh, and by the way, I’m a little afraid of learning a new language at my age.” … Continue reading I Was Told Taking Part in a Study Abroad Program Would Change My Life…

Participating in the SPC Spain Study Abroad Program is a True Immersion!

study abroad program

I’ve been on St. Petersburg College’s study abroad Spanish program for two weeks now; the term “immersion’ is quite appropriate.  The classes are taught in Spanish. The SPC professors almost always speak Spanish.  And when dealing with all the shop and restaurant owners, most do not to speak English. For example when a student’s sandal sole … Continue reading Participating in the SPC Spain Study Abroad Program is a True Immersion!
