This program is open to High School students currently in the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades (excludes seniors graduating in 2024) in SPC’s dual enrollment, early college and Collegiate High Schools programs.

Join SPC faculty for an amazing and educational program to Austria and Germany.

We will visit the Nymphenburg Palace, which is considered the most impressive remains of the royal splendor that dominated Munich over centuries. We will be taking a guided walk-through Munich’s Medieval Christmas Market. This market features medieval crafts, festive music, and a magical ambiance. Enjoy a hot drink while taking in the sights.

We will visit guided tour of the Dachau Concentration Camp. Dachau was one of the first concentration camps established by the Nazi regime. It served as a model for other camps and was used to detain political prisoners, Jews, Roma, and other groups targeted by the Nazis.

Explore amazing sites like the Catacombs at St. Peter’s Cemetery & Fortress. At the edge of St. Peter’s Cemetery are the so-called “catacombs”, which were carved into the Mönchsberg. Its origin goes back to late antiquity.

Available courses – Students must enroll in at least one course from the list below. If desired, students may enroll in both courses, for a total of 4 credits. Note: Please talk to an advisor to ensure you have met all college enrollment requirements AND course prerequisites.
