According to the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE), CTE Month® is an annual celebration held in February of CTE community members’ achievements and accomplishments nationwide. CTE Month 2015 raises awareness of the crucial role CTE has in readying our nation for economic success and workforce competitiveness. Students and educators alike are developing the skills that will power the future of college and career success.

In recognition of National CTE Month, Governor Rick Scott has issued a Career and Technical Education Month proclamation noting career and technical education offers individuals lifelong opportunities to learn new skills and gain advanced workforce training.
