Tech Data created the Three Pillars Curriculum to fill the skills gap new grads have compared to what technology businesses need.  It also focuses on exposing non-tech degree students to the technology industry in a non-intimidating way. The goal is to provide experiential learning that is real life, real time to augment their classroom learning.

You are assigned a team and required to complete a business plan that incorporated the elements of the Three Pillars Curriculum. The curriculum targets specific topics as key to success in the workplace. The curriculum is delivered by experts in the field with sessions lasting from 60 – 90 minutes with a combination of an interactive presentation followed by hands on exercise.

Area businesses are seeking graduates from a variety of degree programs with the aptitude to learn, that are very passionate about technology and want to explore new skills. This program is an opportunity for you to learn more about pathways to jobs that utilize the knowledge you have acquired in the classroom and ignite your passion for new and exciting careers.
