The Panyha Foundation in Pinellas Park is currently offering paid (stipend) internships in the area of Web Development, Journalism, Graphic Design and Marketing/Social Media. This non-profit organization was established by young Lao-American professionals and is starting a magazine designed to promote and inform the public about the diversity of History and Arts and Culture of Southeast Asia.
In addition to the magazine, the Panyha Foundation also has a dance troupe that is open to all children ages 6 and up. Their impressive administrative staff has also developed a scholarship program for the community.
Panyha or Khuam Panyha means the mental strength acquired through knowledge to achieve extraordinary success in life. For more information on this extraordinary organization with a mission of diversity, contact Susan Biszewski-Eber in the SPC Internship office.
