St. Petersburg College’s Collaborative Labs is hosting a lunch and learn program to help individuals improve and build their leadership brand on April 20! The program will be hosted by Danielle Vona.
Originally starting out as an administrative assistant and now running her own company, Vona is the Founder and Chief Thinker at The Marketing Posse. She has worked her way up to assisting large brands such as PepsiCo for over 10 years. Then she became the CMO for Sonic and Carrabba’s at Bloomin’ Brands. While at the event she will share information about her leadership experience, history of growing into senior level C-suite roles, and exercises involving how to develop your own leadership brand.
In this session, participants will be able discuss where they currently are in their leadership path, different leadership styles, and what style is a best fit, as well as how to be intentional with branding their personal leadership!
The Lunch and Learn Program will include:
- C-Level leaders who will share their leadership lessons
- Coaching cohort calls/accountability partners
- Personal assessments and action plans for certificate completion
