Performs administrative office work which involves the coordination of specialized staff responsibilities and office functions. In addition, this position would require working with staff during collaborative events logistics and documenting as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Documenting and creating Real-Time Records for Collaborative Events.
Collaborative event set-up, prep and to assist facilitator.
Create client invoicing and billing records.
Processing requisitions and purchase orders.
Research travel reservations for staff.Assists the supervisor and staff with planning and preparing of meetings and events.Assists clients with general needs during events.
Performs related duties as required.
