SPC 2015 Seasonal Job Fairs are coming! 

The Holidays are just around the corner. Although Holidays can be stressful, finding a Job shouldn’t be. To help you find a Job this Holiday Season, two St. Petersburg College campuses will be hosting Job Fair events!

The St. Petersburg/Gibbs Campus Career Services will host a Seasonal Job Fair on Thursday October 8th from noon to 2:00pm in SA 114. The Downtown Campus Career Services will have their Job Fair on Wednesday, October 28th from 11:00am – 1:00pm. Both Job Fair events will offer students the opportunity to meet a variety of local employers and are open to St. Petersburg College alumni and community members as well.

Here are 5 tips to help you prepare for the Job Fair:

 Know the type of Job you want
 Come dressed to impress
 Bring plenty of Resumes
 Prepare a brief introduction to use when meeting the employers
 Have a firm handshake, make eye contact and keep a positive attitude!
