St. Petersburg College’s Tampa Bay Hi-Tech Training (HITT) program offers technology certification training to local unemployed residents at no cost to them. This program was created by the U.S. Department of Labor to train IT professionals who have been long-term unemployed so they can upgrade their technical skills. The program covers the costs of tuition, books and fees at SPC or Hillsborough Community College, and is made possible through a $3.8 million grant awarded to the Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance and CareerSource Pinellas from the U.S. Department of Labor.

To learn more about this program, attend the information session tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 17th at the St. Pete/Gibbs campus from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Details below. Hope to see you there!
