The Allstate Campus of St. Petersburg College serves as the home of the College of Public Safety.
We offer an array of educational opportunities in today’s criminal justice, emergency management, and fire safety organizations. From Training Academies to In-Service Training to A.S. and B.A.S. Degrees, we give our students the opportunity to utilize their special skills in a way that will improve their earning potential. The programs here are one of a kind and we’re always looking to assist with the success of our students.
Need guidance? Look no further.
Do you have questions about advising, registration or simply where to start? We have several options for you to get in touch with us. Walk-ins are always welcomed and appointments can be made, but there’s also the option of simply emailing us through our publicsafetyadvising@spcollege.edu account . One of our advisors will be sure to help you within 1-2 business days.
Additional services within the Student Services department include our College Placement Testing and Accessibility Services. We’ve provided these resources to make our students’ academic journey a tad bit easier and one step closer to their goal. The testing center is available during our service hours and appropriate. Reasonable accommodations can be made for any student with a documented disability. At SPC Allstate, we also want our students to have the necessary tools to succeed on a career level and not just in the classroom. For this reason, we’ve developed our very own Career Services Center on campus. Students can have their professional photo taken and even practice their interview skills. The ultimate goal is to assist students with finding ways to define and refine their path towards a successful career.
The SPC Allstate Campus understands the importance of balancing a life outside of school and work.
Therefore, we’ve incorporated a solid foundation of Student Life & Leadership. We have a Student Government Association and are currently founding a charter chapter of the Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society. We also host fun and cultured monthly events for students and staff. Those who would like to stay connected with all the events and activities can do so through our primary social media outlets, Twitter and Facebook.
As you can see, the Allstate Campus is more than just a building that trains fire fighters and police officers.
Our full service campus offers SO. MUCH. MORE. If you’re interested about continuing your educational journey here and becoming a part of our SPC Allstate family, please contact us at publicsafetyadvising@spcollege.edu.
