Interested in a career path in the Marina Science field? This festival is the perfect event to answer your questions!
The festival is designed to educate local students, on the various career paths within the Marine Science field. We are hoping to make this a very informative and hands-on festival for all those whom attend.
Additionally, any proceeds that we make are going to be donated to a non-profit called Now and Neverglades, a grassroots organization dedicated to cleaning up Lake Okeechobee, which feeds the Florida Everglades and Bay. Lake Okeechobee has been the dumping ground for multiple industrial factories, and because of this, the water in the lake is not only polluted, but also home to toxic algae blooms.
