Which St. Petersburg College student will be crowned The Greatest Debater of 2015? Mark your calendars for the SPC Great Debate Finals to find out!
Join the college on Nov. 18 as ten student finalists, selected from preliminary competitions held around the college in October, compete in the Great Debate Finals at the Seminole Campus Digitorium (UP 160) from 12:30 – 2 p.m.
Plan to attend in support of the campus finalists who will be debating the pros and cons of the legalization of medical marijuana.
The Great Debate offers students an opportunity to engage in debates of topical issues outside the classroom and compete for up to $1,000 in prizes.

Six SPC campuses participated in preliminary competitions on topics ranging from mandatory vaccinations to law enforcement use of video cameras. Finalists, participating campuses and preliminary competition topics include:
Clearwater Campus –

SPC Downtown/Midtown –
