Earlier this week, Antoinette Hayes-Triplett, CEO of the Tampa Hillsborough Homeless Initiative (THHI), announced the release of two new tools, iPads and a cost-benefit report, as part of a community-wide effort in combating homelessness in Tampa/Hillsborough County.
