Duke Energy Awards Veterans Grants

Duke Energy has awarded the SPC Foundation a $7,500 grant to support Veteran Services at the College. Through its “Victories for Veterans” program, Duke teamed up with the Tampa Bay Rays and contributed $1,000 for every regular season win to support veterans in our community. Duke made awards to 10 organizations in Pinellas and Pasco counties as part of this program.

St. Petersburg College currently serves over 2,500 Veteran and Military students. Over the past six years, the College has consistently ranked in the top tier of the “Best for Vets Colleges” by Military Times magazine and “Top College” by Military Advanced Education magazine.
