SPC President Dr. Tonjua Williams inspired attendees with her keynote speech at the 11th Annual Collegiate Research Conference at the SPC Seminole Campus On Friday, January 26, 2018.
The Collegiate Research Conference, which was themed, “Investing in Our Students – One Student at a Time,” is an opportunity for SPC Honors College students to attend breakout sessions, research a topic and present their findings before the group.
In her speech, Williams shares the college’s strategic vision to create a community of care, in which SPC provides students with academic excellence, economic mobility and community engagement opportunities that will make them well-rounded and productive citizens in their communities.
“We want to help our students to move from poverty to prosperity,” Williams said.
