SPC is proud to partner with USF World and the Confucius Institute to bring General Bernard Loeffke to the Seminole campus for his presentation of China: Friend or Enemy? A General’s Story.

Major General Loeffke is committed to bridging the US public to China. In 1995, he established the Friendship Fund to dismantle post-war tensions between nations and foster the human connection between American and Chinese soldiers and statesmen.

The author of numerous books and a distinguished soldier-statesman with an illustrious career in the United States Army, General Loeffke’s inspirational message will contribute to a better understanding of US-China relationship and world peace.
