I recently had the amazing experience of traveling to Chicago to attend USHLI –United States Hispanic Leadership Institute- with a wonderful group of SPC students.
We had the opportunity of hearing from Dr. Antonia Novella and Samuel Betances to name a few. The speeches delivered throughout the entire conference where powerful, moving, and motivational.
I have a new outlook on Leadership and what I am going to continue doing to improve myself every year. Their where so many great quotes that I heard throughout the conference. My favorite and new personal model is “The Best Revenge is Success”.
The Latinos United Club with be holding the second banquet of Latinos United to share what we have learned with everyone on campus.
