International Language Institute students visit the Museum of Fine Arts by Anna Faiola

DSC03183On April 10, 2014 students from SPC’s Intensive English Program took an enjoyable field trip to the St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts. Below are the student’s reflection on the visit:

I enjoyed the visit to the museum especially the Romanticism period.  It is a very interesting place to visit.  I was impressed.  The guide was very friendly and spoke slowly and clearly. – Lilly

I appreciated the painting of Mao Tse-Tung, but I preferred the ice cream in the bakery.  Climbing the tree [near the museum] was amazing. – Fayang

I saw many excellent art pieces there.  Some of them were from China, India, and Europe.  It was amazing to see the paintings that were done by Claude Monet and Renoir.  Also, I liked the woman who was telling us very detailed information about all the art at the museum.  I enjoyed everything. – Maxim
