We visited the Britt coffee farm today here in Costa Rica. One of our classmates found out he could make $3.00 for filling this basket with 25 pounds of ripe coffee beans. We all left with goodies to take home.

I came to Costa Rica a day before the start our our Study Abroad program.

The hotel can only be described as paradise. I took a walk through the coffee field trails located on the hotel grounds. I found a ripe mango and brought it back to the hotel. The staff cut it up for me and now I’m enjoying a tropical snack.

I am so excited to be wrapping up my summer semester for normal classes. I am ready to start my study abroad class. Two weeks discovering and enjoying Costa Rica! I’ve met my classmates….great group! Here’s to a great experience.
