We got an hour lesson and I feel I might have to get some dance lessons when I get home. It was so much fun to see all of our group try to dance. We all did so well I think we should start a dance team!

Travel, School, Work = taking in the Spanish culture! by Charles Hatcher

I am taking the working experience class with Kadeem and David! We work once a week at el Banco de Alimentos en Salamanca. It’s a food bank that distributes tons of fruits and other necessities to smaller groups and organizations that help people in need. It’s great to know that the work we do actually helps people. But it definitely is some hard work! We lift boxes of fruits by the dozen. It’s very hands on and the local volunteers are so nice and admirable. I would suggest this course to anyone who is willing to volunteer their labor in order to help others.
