With hard work and dedication in researching and practicing diplomatic behavior in simulations, SPC’s Model United Nations Team represented the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia this year at the National Model United Nations (NMUN) conference in New York. The team received the Distinguished Delegation Award for the second year in a row, putting SPC delegates in the top 13 % of the international pool of 5,000 college and university delegates.
In addition to plans to attend the 2015 Florida Model United Nations conference in Gainesville, the SPC Model United Nations Team has just accepted an assignment for the November 2015 conference in the Czech Republic. This time the team will represent China, engaging with other peers from all over the world to discuss current global issues.
Congratulations on the 2015 Distinguished Delegation Award, and best of luck in the Czech Republic!
