For any of our fellow students who are considering studying abroad with SPC in order to gain a better understanding of how other cultures live then I strongly suggest you do so.  With respect to my current study abroad experience I’ve not only learned about how the people of Costa Rica live, but learned about how I adapt to my surroundings.  This in an invaluable learning experience; a learning experience that allows us to acquire information about other humans, but more importantly, we acquire information about ourselves.  This is a specific learning that would not be accomplished solely in a classroom setting.  In terms of the classes here they are phenomenal by the way.
