SPC was excited to receive a visit from a group of Indonesian community college representatives March 3-4, 2014, under the auspices of the U.S. State Department and FSU.

The delegates were from several different areas of Indonesia, and stayed in the U.S. for six weeks, touring campuses around the state.

SPC pulled out all the stops for our visitors, touring them around St Petersburg/Gibbs campus, Seminole campus, and EpiCenter. Many different staff volunteered their time to give presentations and foster new ideas about education in the areas of Hospitality, Distance Learning, Corporate/Workforce Training, and SPC’s College Experience. The MIRA program also presented the delegates with information and a compilation CD of students’ work.

SPC hopes to foster a deeper relationship with Indonesia and is grateful for the opportunity to start making connections through this visit. Terima kasih telah mengunjungi Amerika Serikat!
