Hola!

I’m currently sitting at the gate entrance in Miami for my flight to Madrid! I can honestly say that I am ready to go and excited for this study abroad opportunity, but I’m a little nervous for this 13 hour flight. I’ve been on a plane several times before, but only for 2-3 hours at a time, so this is going to be a new experience for me!

I feel confident in my ability to communicate in the Spanish language and feel I should be able to navigate my way through the city without much difficulty.

Here’s to 3 weeks abroad and the memories my classmates and I will surely make!
