Welcome our new Associate Dean

PLEASE HELP US WELCOME THE NEWLY APPOINTED ASSOCIATE DEAN OF HUMANITIES AND FINE ARTS, PROFESSOR NATHAN MUEHL. MUEHL BRINGS A WEALTH OF TEACHING AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE TO THIS NEW POSITION.
AS A CERTIFIED FRANKLIN/COVEY PRESENTER, MUEHL HAS FACILITATED 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE PRESENTATIONS TO HUNDREDS. HE BRINGS A PASSION FOR EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT APPROACHES, INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES, AND ASSISTING IN THE CREATION OF EFFECTIVE MISSION STATEMENTS AND STRATEGIC PLANS.
MUEHL IS A KNOWN PROFESSIONAL WITHIN SPC CULTURE AND THROUGHOUT THE ARTS/EDUCATION COMMUNITIES OF PINELLAS COUNTY. AS SPC’S DIRECTOR OF BANDS, HE EMPOWERS OUR STUDENTS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE COLLABORATIONS THAT INCLUDE YEARLY CAMPUS CONNECTIONS, COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS, HIGH SCHOOL CONNECTIONS, AND COMPOSER IN RESIDENCY CONCERTS.
MUEHL EARNED DEGREES IN MUSIC AND BUSINESS FROM THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY AND IS CURRENTLY A PHD CANDIDATE IN LEADERSHIP AND EDUCATION AT BARRY UNIVERSITY.
