The web-based app makes it possible for Veterans enrolled in VA health care to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>View or Cancel<\/strong> existing clinic appointments<\/li>\n<li><strong>Make requests<\/strong> for help scheduling primary care and mental health appointments at facilities where they receive care<\/li>\n<li><strong>Self-schedule<\/strong> primary care appointments for their assigned primary care provider<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have been collaborating with the Office of Connected Care on preparation activities and <strong>VAR is now available to Veterans enrolled with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baypines.va.gov\/\"><u>Bay Pines VA Healthcare System<\/u><\/a> effective <\/strong><strong>April <\/strong><strong>17, 2017. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VA is continuing to expand VAR\u2019s functionality and make it available for additional clinics. Your feedback is valuable and can assist VA with advancing the VAR app. Please share your experiences on the VA App Store VAR page, under the <a href=\"https:\/\/mobile.va.gov\/app\/veteran-appointment-request#AppReviews\"><u>Feedback to VA<\/u><\/a> tab. If you need assistance with the VAR app, please contact the VA Mobile Solutions Help Desk at 1-877-470-5947, weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., CT.<\/p>\n<p>There are several VAR resources available to Veterans on the VAR App Store internet page at: <a href=\"https:\/\/mobile.va.gov\/app\/veteran-appointment-request\"><u>https:\/\/mobile.va.gov\/app\/veteran-appointment-request<\/u><\/a>.
