On Thursday, Jan. 25, she spent the day at SPC\u2019s Health Education <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/friends-partners\/about\/locations\/health-education-center\">Center<\/a>, where students train in high-wage, high-skill health professions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SPC&#8217;s Caruth Health Education Center, where\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/future-students\/degrees-training\/health-sciences-and-veterinary-technology\">SPC&#8217;s health programs<\/a>\u00a0prepare students for the challenges and complexities of the healthcare field. SPC&#8217;s specialized health care programs can prepare you for some of the fastest-growing careers in Florida. The President expressed her appreciation for their dedication to the college and encouraged them to continue to be engaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Williams also made classroom visits with Radiography, Physical Therapy and Orthotics and Prosthetics students before meeting with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/future-students\/degrees-training\/health-sciences-and-veterinary-technology\/nursing\/nursing-bs-degree\">Bachelor of Science Nursing<\/a> students and sharing her personal journey and her commitment to student success. Also, she discussed the principles of leadership and how to be an engaged leader.
