New academic pages launch on website

radiography web page imageThe new versions of our academic program pages are live on the www website! With this, the content for each degree and certificate got a major face-lift and is now presented in tabbed format. The pages also include the salary outcome generator and career outlook from the Bureau of Labor.

To view the pages, please click on the specific degree pages from the Program Explorer.

Marketing worked with academic deans and program chairs to ensure the information was successfully transferred from the previous pages on go.spcollege.edu.

The animated salary outcome generator and career outlook gives prospective and current students a full picture of what they can expect when they graduate with an individual degree. Users also should now have an easier time finding content like the features of each program, skills that graduates will learn, and admission guides for health programs.

The launch of these reformatted pages bring us one step closer to merging the two websites of the college.

New Learning Resources page more user friendly

Website integration launches tonight

The first phase of a project to merge the two college websites into ONE comprehensive site begins tonight, Monday, March 12 with the launch of a redesigned homepage on the college’s website at www.spcollege.edu.

The redesigned homepage will include navigation by audience member: Future Students, Current Students, Faculty/Staff, and Friends and Partners. Just click into your respective area to find what you need.

You will continue to use your single sign-on credentials to access MySPC, MyCourses and SharePoint by logging in through the Faculty/Staff login button at the top right of the home page.

Please note the merger of the two websites will not affect MySPC, MyCourses, SharePoint or email. If you are having trouble in those areas, please reach out to Technical Support for assistance.

Visit the project site for more information. You can supply feedback and ask questions by emailing marketing@spcollege.edu or calling (727) 302-6888.

The first phase of a project to merge the two college websites into ONE comprehensive site will go live on Monday, March 12.

What does that mean? Visitors to the college website will find a redesigned homepage with navigation for distinct audiences: Future Students, Current Students, Faculty/Staff, and Friends and Partners. Each of these audience pages also has prominent places for event listings and feeds from the college’s social media channels.

The college website address will be www.spcollege.edu. However, the go.spcollege.edu address will still work and will take you to the redesigned homepage. From the redesigned homepage, you will be able to click into your respective area (Faculty/Staff) and find the navigation you are currently accustomed to.

You will continue to use your single sign-on credentials to access MySPC, MyCourses and Sharepoint by logging in through the Faculty/Staff login button at the top right of the home page.

As the project continues, you will continue to get updates by email and in the Blue and White. Learn more about the project in our FAQs.

Phase 1 of merging two college websites into one launches March 12

The process to integrate the two college websites into one comprehensive site has begun!

On Monday, March 12, visitors to the college website will find a redesigned homepage with navigation for distinct audiences: Future Students, Current Students, Faculty and Staff, and Friends and Partners.

Information on each of these pages will be tailored to the specific audience. For instance, current students will see information about upcoming registration and scholarship deadlines and events for students. Future students (prospects) will find timely, relevant information about what they need to know as they are exploring and applying to SPC. Faculty and staff will find links to the HR Hub, the Blue and White, MySPC and the college’s Sharepoint site.

The pages will have prominent places for event listings and feeds from the college’s social media channels.

The college website address will be www.spcollege.edu. However, current links on go.spcollege.edu will still work.

Additional details will be forthcoming on a regular basis throughout the project.
