The event will be hosted by RODINA, the Bulgarian American Culture Center in the Tampa Bay area:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sunday,\u00a0March 1, 2015<\/li>\n<li>at 12:00 pm<\/li>\n<li>Crisp Park, 3610 Poplar St. NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33704<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All are welcome to join the festivities!<\/p>\n<p>This celebration was honored for the first time in 1880, on the occasion of the Enthronement of Russian Emperor Alexander the Second.
