Panelists will debate the pros and cons of Cuba policy, how we deal with Castro’s Cuba as a constant discussion, and particularly now that President Obama has announced the establishment of formal diplomatic relations. Throughout the conference, speakers and sessions will focus on a variety of other international matters as well.<\/p>\n
