Today after breakfast I found out that I was going to a new site called Whitehouse which was only about 25 minutes away from the resort. This in my opinion was the biggest and smoothest running site that I have been to so far. It seemed as if the patients here had better overall oral health. I enjoyed every minute of this site I had music playing and the patients seemed to just keep coming one after another. I saw several kids today which was exciting because one of the little girls I seen today was extremely scared of the dentist and dental staff and I was able to change her opinion of us and it was the best feeling knowing that I changed that little girls life and that she no longer feared the dental office. I also taught her how to multiply since she told me her favorite subject in school was math.<\/p>\n

Overall today has been my favorite so far I can\u2019t wait to see what the rest or the days will bring. I also gave several injections at this site which helped me to feel more comfortable in my skills giving local anesthesia. Days like today is what makes me proud to be a hygienist. I know after today that this is the field I was meant to be in.<\/p>\n
