\"10277208_10203313379170869_3337438438644807748_n\"<\/a>Today we arrived in Costa Rica. We landed in San Jose around 1:15pm central time. Immediately upon stepping outside of the airport, I realized how different our home is from here. The backdrop is nothing but mountains full of lush forests. Driving the 5 hours from the airport to our destination in Playa Blanca on the Osa peninsula solidified how good we have it in America.<\/p>\n

Arriving in rural Costa Rica was another adventure. We found ourselves 5 or 6 girls to a cabin with no air conditioning or hot water. While we were well aware of this before traveling, it was still difficult to adjust to the first night.<\/p>\n

All in all, however, the scenery is beautiful, and I am still very excited to be a part of the trip.
