According to her, companies are more likely to hire people with knowledge and experience about other cultures.<\/p>\n

Studying Abroad is an advantage for individuals when competing for jobs in the market.<\/p>\n

Howard Wallack, the vice president of a human resources trade group, stated that he was a Study Abroad student, and he learned to deal with a variety of people, how to listen, how to be proactive, patient, and assertive. That just reinforces the first lady\u2019s statement on the importance of Studying Abroad.<\/p>\n

Organizations such as the Institute of International Education have launched programs such as Generation Study Abroad<\/i> in hopes of doubling the number of U.S. students who travel internationally.<\/p>\n
