Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program is only for current Bahamian high school students <\/strong>that are non-U.S. Citizens living outside of the U.S. who want to enroll in a business college class with\u00a0SPC while still attending high school. Bahamian students will be able to complete a course online from their home country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fall Application Deadline is July 1, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Criteria<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Be a current high school student<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. At least 16 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Minimum 2.0 GPA and submission of high school transcripts <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Successfully pass the SPC Placement exam (PERT) or submit valid SAT\/PSAT\/ACT scores<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. SPC will enroll you in the GEB 1011 (Intro to Business – 3 credits) Course<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Pay for the course and book- lower division out-of-state rates would apply<\/a> (Approximately $1,300 USD for a 3-credit course) – Payment plan available<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    6. Guaranteed LAC Scholarship <\/a>for one semester on campus to Caribbean and Latin American F1 visa students after high school graduation <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
