            \"\"<\/a>Although I have been to many places in the United States and in the Caribbean, the England study abroad trip marked my first time outside of the north American continent.  Even though this was a foreign country to me, I couldn\u2019t help having a feeling that it was somewhat familiar.  This feeling came to me right when we got off the plane as the weather felt like late fall in Florida and the scenery was similar to the area outside of Washington D.C.  While I have been to many plays before the trip, it was during this trip that I truly began to appreciate everything that goes on in making a play.  From the set production work, to the countless rehearsals, to everything that goes on behind the scenes so to say.  I even got to try my hand at acting during the trip with workshops that we went to before certain plays.<\/p>\n

            The London city area is a place that you will definitely want to check out.  The city is split up into two different districts, the west side which has all the historical monuments and buildings, and the east side which is the financial district.  While the east side had a lot of interesting shaped buildings such as the cigar shaped building, the west side was really where all the action was going on.  From attractions, such as the London eye and London Dungeon, to the beautiful monuments, spectacular church\u2019s, there truly was something to offer for everyone.  Although the city was nice, I must say that my favorite part of the trip was visiting Stratford Upon Avon.  This was the city that Shakespeare was born and is honestly one of the prettiest little towns you can go to.  Overall, I have to give a lot of thanks to my professor on this trip, as he really did make the theater going experience enjoyable and something that I will remember for the rest of my life.<\/p>\n
