<\/a>Angela Cole, the International Student Representative of the campus, discussed the FACTS (F<\/strong>ull time, A<\/strong>uthorized work, C<\/strong>arry documents, T<\/strong>ransition, S<\/strong>tay in touch) each student must know in order to ensure their academic success and to keep their immigration status. The students also learned how to register for classes, how to purchase health insurance, and how to join on-campus clubs and organizations. Sane Haidara, a current international student at SPC, participated in the orientation as a guest speaker emphasizing the important of insurance for international students.
