She comes from a family of nurses and, while also harboring an interest in engineering, hoped to pursue a career in healthcare. Rather than let go of one of her passions, Ashley found a happy marriage between the two in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Orthotics &amp; Prosthetics Technology A.S. program (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/future-students\/degrees-training\/health-sciences-and-veterinary-technology\/orthotics-and-prosthetics-technology\" target=\"_blank\">Orthotics &amp; Prosthetics Technology A.S. program<\/a> at SPC\u2019s Caruth Health Education Center in Pinellas Park.
