Introducing “HAL” a High-fidelity\u00a0Patient Simulator. Unfortunately for HAL, his meth lab exploded and he needed emergency medical attention.<\/p>\n

Dr. Clem and Mrs. Castillo’s Level III nursing students were able to jump into action and care for HAL during this most unfortunate event.<\/p>\n

With\u00a0the help of Mrs. Lisa Crumbley, Dr. Clem and Mrs. Castillo were able to recreate an adult burn simulation scenario something many new students would not experience during in clinical.<\/p>\n

HAL survived and is recovering from his injuries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
