This partnership strengthens nursing students hands-on skills in the medical field. Nursing students are prepared through the clinical rotations at the Bay Pines facility to meet the demand for passionate nurses. By 2020, \u00a0the employment rate of registered nurses is expected to grow by 26%. Many employers are requiring current Associate in Science Nurses to complete a Bachelors of Science Nursing degree.<\/p>\n<p>The program offers several degree options for future and current nurses.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/Nursing-AS\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nursing Associate in Science<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/AS-Nursing-LPN\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LPN to RN Transitional A.S. Nursing Degree<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/Paramedic-RN\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paramedic to RN Transitional A.S. Nursing Degree<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/BSN\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bachelor of Science in Nursing<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fostering excellence in the learning environment<\/h3>\n<p>SPC students are provided a solid foundation for an advancing career as a\u00a0nurse. The learning environment focuses on leadership, management, theory, research and community and public health. The multi-million dollar state-of-the-art lab, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/Nursing-AS\/#tab=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Simulation Center for Excellence in Nursing Education (SCENE)<\/a>, \u00a0gives students a realistic setting to learn and master the knowledge.
