SPC’s Introduction to Engineering class visited a local manufacturer, Monin, Inc., in Clearwater in April. \u00a0Students were taken on an in-depth tour of the facility with Director of Operations Mike Brewster and other members of Monin. \u00a0Students got to see the bottling process in action and learn about automation, packaging and process engineering.<\/p>\n
