Here are some helpful tips as you prepare for repayment or prepare to begin repayment for the first time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review your budget to work your monthly student loan payments back in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go&nbsp;to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fstudentaid.gov%2F&amp;data=05%7C01%7CHeinrich.Alexa%40SPCollege.edu%7Cdd28ebc257b34a99868308dbe61b1240%7C575038c8ac704295810e0df79c005f41%7C0%7C0%7C638356776182086587%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=4Q3fwYqa5A%2BQ79Q%2BaFuU9PSFbRk%2BscjvEis3L72p3lU%3D&amp;reserved=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>studentaid.gov<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;to find your servicer, review your balance, due date, and monthly payment amount, and choose your repayment plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to your loan servicer website and create or update your login, update your demographic and contact information, and opt-in to start or restart auto-debit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep good records and documentation of your research and phone calls, chats, or live chats. Take screenshots of your online records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be patient with student loan servicers.
