The College of Business at St. Petersburg College (SPC)<\/a> held a Student and Employer Speed Networking Mixer on Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, at the SPC Seminole Campus. The event was a packed house, and plenty of connections were made between 150+ students, 22 company representatives, and 14 companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The speed networking mixer was a hit thanks to employers, students, and SPC staff as well as the event’s sponsor, Great Bay Distributors Inc<\/a>. SPC alumna and Vice President of Human Resources at Great Bay Distributors, Sandy Ho, was a featured speaker at the networking event and gave an inspiring welcome speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three high schools brought over 125 students to the event. One of the schools was one of SPC’s Promise Scholarship<\/a> schools. The schools included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
