2019-2020 Career Service Growth Plan and A&P Performance Review systems are open for goal setting and planning!
The 2019-2020 Career Service Growth Plan and A&P Performance Review systems are now available via MySPC. All Career Service and A&P employees are expected to complete the annual performance review process. The process consists of two phases: (1) Goal setting and planning and (2) Performance review.
We are now in Phase 1, Goal Setting and Planning, which starts the annual process.
Employees and Supervisors should meet in October to discuss goals and objectives for the 2019-2020 year and enter those goals into the system. Employees will set SMART goals to accomplish performance and professional development goals.
Attached, please find directions on how to access both systems and enter your SMART goals into the system.
Goals must be entered into the system before October 31, 2019.
