Are you interested in taking a more active role in creating SPC’s future, while at the same time honing your leadership skills and presence? Then Leadership SPC is for you! Since 2015, Leadership SPC has prepared almost 120 employees to assume greater levels of responsibility at all levels of the college through a robust and professionally rewarding set of experiences.
Participants learn about SPC’s operations and the AACC Competencies for Community College Leaders; hear presentations from senior leaders and other guest speakers; network and build relationships with SPC leaders; and attend a three-day trip to Tallahassee to see Florida’s legislative process in action. More importantly, participants graduate from the experience having formed deeper connections and friendships with colleagues from across the college.

Are you ready for the challenge? If so, to be considered for selection, you must:
- Complete and submit the application by 11:59 p.m. EST, Sunday, October 27, 2019
- Be a full-time, budgeted employee (Career Service, A&P, or Faculty)
- Have your supervisor’s support
- Plan to remain at SPC for the duration of the program
- Be available to attend all sessions listed below.
