It is all about the music.<\/p>\n

Taylor Swift\u2019s music director Dave Cook and bassist Amos Heller are headed to the Palladium Theater at St. Petersburg College<\/a> to share their musical wisdom with SPC students and the local community. The program will be Oct. 29 at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n

\"miralogo\"<\/a>This first-come, first-serve FREE event, hosted by the college’s Music Industry Recording Arts (MIRA) program<\/a>, will take place at the Palladium\u2019s main stage. Guests will engage in an interactive Q&A discussion, learn about the importance of branding as a musician and get advice on performance skills.<\/p>\n

\"Taylor<\/a>
\nBefore joining Taylor Swift\u2019s band, Dave Cook was heavily involved in the New York City jazz scene. In 2011, he joined Swift\u2019s team. Since then, he has worked three tours as Swift\u2019s musical director and pianist.<\/p>\n

At 13, Amos Heller was handed his first bass and has not stopped since. He\u00a0built his impressive resume in Nashville, where he began touring with Swift as her leading bassist.<\/p>\n

This FREE program is open to SPC students as well as the community \u00a0on a first-come, first serve basis at the Palladium, 253 5th Ave. N., St. \u00a0Petersburg.<\/p>\n
