{"id":10826,"date":"2017-11-27T18:29:48","date_gmt":"2017-11-27T23:29:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.spcollege.edu\/arts-humanities-design-educational-information\/?p=10826"},"modified":"2024-01-30T13:24:50","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T18:24:50","slug":"instrument-donation-drive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.spcollege.edu\/arts-humanities-design-educational-information\/instrument-donation-drive\/","title":{"rendered":"Support Music and Education through the Recycled Tunes Instrument Donation Drive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This year St. Petersburg College is again partnering with the Gasparilla Music Foundation (GMF) to support music and education through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spcollege.edu\/recycled-tunes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Recycled Tunes instrument donation drive<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h5>Week-long instrument donation drive<\/h5>\n<p>Anyone can donate gently used musical instruments at several SPC campus locations from Nov. 27 \u2013 Dec. 1. The instruments will be refurbished by Recycled Tunes and then donated to Pinellas County Schools\u2019 music programs.<\/p>\n<p>All donors will receive a ticket to the <a href=\"https:\/\/gasparillamusic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2018 Gasparilla Music Festival<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.spcollege.edu\/arts-humanities-design-educational-information\/spc-partners-with-recycled-tunes-to-launch-music-instrument-drive\/\">the second year<\/a> the college has taken part in the effort.
